Farhad Abasov, M.B.A.

Chairman, Director

Mr. Abasov built and sold multiple resource companies: President and CEO, Millennial Lithium sold to Lithium Americas for $490M; President and CEO, Allana Potash Corp. sold to Israel Chemical Ltd. for $170M. Mr. Abasov is also a co-founder of Potash One which sold to K+S for $430M, as well as Senior VP of Energy Metals which sold to Uranium One for $1.8B. He raised over $500 million for public and private companies in energy and mining sectors.

Jason Wilkinson, M.Sc.

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wilkinson is a mining and exploration professional with 25 years experience across a range of commodities. In the past was the Chief Operating Officer for South Harz Potash directing efforts at their German potash project. Previously in-country MD for Allana Potash Corp based in Ethiopia responsible for the exploration drill-out and feasibility study work and facilitated transfer to Israel Chemicals Ltd.

Graham Harris, B.A.

Senior VP, Capital Markets, Director

Mr. Harris was the Founder, Chair and Director of Millennial Lithium Corp, which was recently acquired by Lithium Americas for $490M. Mr. Harris has over 40 years’ experience in the finance industry, including as a senior VP of Canaccord Genuity Corp. (1999-2004) and as a senior VP and partner of Yorkton Securities (1989-1999). He has directly raised over $400 million in development and venture capital for public and private companies. He was a founder of Cap-Ex Iron Ore Ltd., a founding director of M2 Cobalt Corp- that recently merged with ASX listed Jervois Mining Ltd.

Peter J. MacLean, Ph.D., P.Geo.

Director

Dr. MacLean has over 30 years of exploration and development experience in North America, South America, and Africa. Dr. MacLean was recently SVP, Technical Services for Millennial Lithium Corp. Previously, Dr. MacLean was SVP, Exploration, for Allana Potash Corp. Dr. MacLean also has extensive experience on base metal and precious metal projects throughout the Americas and is a professional geoscientist (P. Geo).

Mr. Rick Lacroix, B.Sc.

Director

Mr. Lacroix has extensive experience in all aspects of potash mining, processing & marketing including 30+ years with Potash Corp. rising to SVP of Saskatchewan (PCS) and as a Director of Canpotex, the overseas marketing arm for Canadian potash producers. In addition, Mr. Lacroix served as a Director for Allana Potash Corp. and was involved in the Company’s feasibility study on its Danakhil Potash Project.  More recently Mr. Lacroix served on the Board of Millennial Lithium Corp. and assisted in the feasibility study for the Pastos Grandes Project and in the acquisition of Millennial by Lithium Americas for $490M in 2022.  Mr. Lacroix has a B.Sc. in electrical engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.

Mark Stauffer Ph.D., P.Ag.

Director

Dr. Stauffer has extensive experience in the potash sector. Dr. Stauffer is the former President of the Potash and Phosphate Institute of Canada ("PPIC"), and former Senior Vice President of International Programs, at the Potash and Phosphate Institute ("PPI"), now the International Plant Nutrition Institute. He is also a past Director of Migao Corporation, a China based specialty potash producer, a past Chairman of Allana Potash Corp. and a past Director of Gensource Potash Corp. Dr. Stauffer obtained his B.Sc. (Agriculture) and M.Sc. from the University of Guelph, his Ph.D. in Agronomy from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University.

Max Missiouk, CPA, CMA

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Missiouk was CFO of Millennial Lithium Corp, which was recently acquired by Lithium Americas for $490M. Max has served as the CFO and controller for a number of publicly listed resource and venture companies including Allana Potash Corp. and Crocodile Gold Corp. Mr. Missiouk is a CPA (CMA) and has a post-graduate degree in Banking and Finance Management.

Paul Matysek, M.Sc.

Senior Strategic Advisor

Mr. Matysek has built and sold multiple mining companies in the last 40 years including as the CEO of Energy Metals sold for $1.8B to Uranium One. Extensive experience in potash sector, as CEO of Potash One led the development of its flagship Legacy Potash Project in Saskatchewan. Potash One was acquired by K+S Ag for $434 million in 2011. Recently active in the lithium space as Executive Chairman of Lithium X Energy Corp., sold to Nextview New Energy Lion Hong Kong Limited for $265 million.

Brian Morrison, B. Comm

Corporate Secretary

Mr. Morrison was an account manager with Computershare Investor Services Inc., an international full-service financial services, corporate trust and stock transfer company. Since June 2008, he has been a self-employed consultant working in the area of public company administration. Mr. Morrison currently serves and has previously served as a director, corporate secretary and chief financial officer of various publicly traded issuers.
