Robust Resource & Economics
Maiden NI 43-101 compliant Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) has been completed Q1 2024 based on 2 potash specific drillholes covering a small part of the North Target. Resources include carnallitite and sylvinite at North Target only, South Target not included.
Maiden MRE (January 2024):
Indicated: 657M tonnes @ 15.9% KCl
Inferred: 1.159B tonnes @ 16.0% KCl
Based on only 5% of the 1,200 km² project area, oaering substantial

The Banio Project’s MRE is based on just 5% of its project area, highlighting substantial room for growth. Compared to industry peers, Banio stands out with one of the lowest capital intensities for project construction and significantly lower operating expenditures.
Its proximity to port access further reduces transport costs, placing Banio firmly at the low end of the global cost curve and reinforcing its competitive advantage.

Strong Phase 2 Results Validate Growth Potential
Millennial Potash’s Phase 2 drilling program at the Banio Project confirmed extensive mineralization and strong continuity across the deposit. The results exceeded expectations, reinforcing Banio’s significant growth potential and positioning it as a scalable, long-term potash development.
